Who are we?

Established in 2020, YoGroup Affiliates, part of the Rank Group, has become one of the leading affiliate programmes in the online gaming industry. Starting with a few bingo brands in the United Kingdom, our success has led to the creation of many more bingo, casino and sports betting brands in Spain and Portugal. We strive to achieve excellence with every brand we launch and approach each brand with a unique marketing strategy. Our main objectives include outstanding and innovative designs, generous welcome bonuses, a dedicated CRM team and a diverse set of creative materials.

No. There are no registration fees or charges to join.

Upperline Markting Limited will pay all commissions, including referral commissions to the Affiliate, monthly, by bank transfer within 25 days after the end of the month in respect of which such payments are due. Payments will appear as " Upperline Markting Limited ".

The YoGroup Affiliates affiliate programme has a minimum payment threshold of €100 for bank accounts. If your earnings for the month are below this threshold, your balance will be carried over to the following month until your accumulated earnings reach the threshold.

Any tax relating to any of our payments is the sole responsibility of the client. It is the user’s responsibility to comply with the regulations, if any, to register and pay income tax and similar taxes in respect of the income received, as well as to collect and pay income tax and social security contributions with respect to their staff, in the event that they have staff. If Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other sales tax or turnover tax applies, it is the user’s responsibility to comply with the rules, if any, to register with the local tax authority and collect and pay taxes in the country where the services are provided. The user acknowledges that all payments received include all VAT or sales tax or turnover tax.

With reference to a situation in which affiliate earnings are "negative" due to negative net revenue in a specific calendar month, the following month’s earnings would start at "zero" per brand.

The standard tracking format in our Income Access system uses cookies. Our cookies are valid for a total of 30 days and will credit the "last click" with any referral.

No, you only need to submit an application once and, when registering, you can highlight the brands that interest you. After this, you can add as many new sites and brands to your profile as you wish. However, this must first be approved by your account manager. Combining brands and sites into one affiliate account makes it much easier to analyse and compare link performance so that you can optimise what works and change what does not. If you have any suggestions on how to structure profiles and links in your account, simply write to us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to reject any site that contains undesirable material, including pornography, explicit language or content that infringes our intellectual property, that of third parties or supports violent or discriminatory groups. You can discuss this further with your account manager (or) write to us at: [email protected] to learn about your site’s eligibility.

Yes, we are always looking for new audiences and innovative markets to showcase the best of our brands. We will review your application based on its value, so if you have additional information, send us an email to let us know. However, it is not surprising that we do not accept websites aimed at under 18s, pornographic websites or sites that promote illegal activities of any nature or with which we do not want our brands to be associated. We reserve the right to reject sites with such content.

Once your application has been approved, log in to your affiliate account and navigate to the Marketing Tools menu. From there, you can search or apply filters to help you find exactly the brand and type of media you are looking for. When you have found what you need, simply click on the ‘Send’ icon to generate your unique tracking code. If you cannot find the creative you are looking for, let us know and we will do our best to send it to you. Simply send us an email at: [email protected].

We offer a selection of payment plans that will allow you to earn unlimited income by promoting our bingo, casino and online sports brands. As an affiliate you will earn income for each real money player (RMP) that qualifies. We offer affiliates three payment options to maximise their earnings:

Revenue share: as soon as you refer a real money player to any of the brands listed in the YoGroup Affiliates portfolio, you will begin to receive a percentage of the revenue they generate.

The Affiliate may not send any form of communication containing links or commercial content via email, SMS or text message.

It is prohibited to target or include keywords containing the names of our brands in a PPC campaign, in any manner whatsoever. Affiliates must add all of our brand keywords to their 'negative keyword list' in any match type variation (e.g., broad, phrase or exact) for all available search engines, including: Google™, Bing™, Yahoo™ and any other search engine not mentioned here (for example, YoBingo, YoBingueros, YoCasino, Enracha, etc). All must be included within the ‘negative keyword list’ (exact, phrase and broad match types). Direct promotion of our brand sites through PPC advertising is prohibited. You may not link directly to our sites or landing pages from your PPC adverts. This applies to all search engines and contextual advertising networks, including, but not limited to, Google, Bing, Yahoo, Meta, etc.

Yes, we welcome affiliates who generate this type of traffic, but you must ensure that the traffic is first directed to your own site and that it is not generated from sites that offer illegal content, for example, illegal download sites.

Registering a domain name that includes any of our brands or misspellings of those brands is a breach of our terms. We may withhold payments or suspend your account if this rule is violated.

YoGroup Affiliates has a five-star support team to help you. Your own dedicated account manager is available by email or Whatsapp/Telegram and will respond within 48 hours (from Sunday to Thursday during business hours).
